Claiming your Benefits
On the Spot Claim
Where possible, use your ADF Family Health card at your health provider’s office; this will pay your benefit instantly. Ask your provider if they allow for instant claiming.
You can quickly and easily lodge your claims via our claiming app on Apple and Android devices. To download the App, follow the below instructions:

You can easily lodge your claim online via ADF Family Health’s online member services. To register and/or access OMS, click here.
