Change my details
ADF Members and their dependants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, currency and completeness of all dependant information. Changes that impact eligibility, that are not notified and which result in the processing of a benefit, will be treated as a breach of the Conditions of Use.
All requests to update registered ADF Dependant details (add/delete/amend) including contact details are to be submitted directly to Defence via e-mail to email@example.com or phone 02 6266 3547.
Defence will inform Navy Health of any dependant amendments via secure data transfer. For more information about adding, cancelling or amending dependants, contact Defence on 02 6266 3547.
You can change your basic contact information with Navy Health through the Online Members Services portal or call on 1300 561 454.
Address changes can be made on the Update Address Details page.
